We are an online store that sells optical frames and sunglasses to registered practicing Optometrists only. Therefore all precautions have been taken to depict description, size, colour name and image colour, and availability of all products.  In the event that  you feel that which has been written does not reflect  or meet your expectations,  we will not be held liable for that.

 

Frames could be unavailable after the purchase order has been  populated and paid for, we will gladly refund that which is not available to dispatch .

Bybplacing and paying for your online order,You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

 

It's your responsibility to supply  us with correct  information, including your email address,contact number and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We will not be liable for incorrect  bank, delivery  or practice information.

 

Any disputes, comments or dissatisfaction in product, policies, warranties, management, delivery should be discussed with management first.
